With clients all across the world, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to take all our client efforts to the next level. You will be part of a team of three Customer Success Managers while working hands-on with our prospects and current clients. Besides that, you’ll be working closely with the Customer Success Team lead, CRO, and global sales and marketing teams.
Cargosnap is a Dutch startup with headquarters in idyllic Utrecht. Yet, as we have global ambitions, our team is located all over the world. We have people in Brazil, Greece, and the Netherlands.
As a Customer Success Manager at Cargosnap, you’ll be at the front seat of driving our commercial success to new heights. Partnering closely with the Account Executive and our IT team, you’ll engage with both current clients and potential customers, ensuring they experience the full value of our product. Your mission will be to enhance and optimize product usage, fostering deeper adoption and uncovering opportunities for growth. Alongside your team, you’ll transform prospects into loyal, satisfied clients, making a lasting impact on their journey to full transparency in their supply chain with Cargosnap.
Your day to day work will involve:

Manage your portfolio of customers: You will have ownership of your portfolio, constantly working on executing our processes and playbooks and guiding our customers to make them more successful. Your customers will be mainly located in Europe, and as a Dutch company, many of them are Dutch.

Upselling/Expansion: As we constantly optimize our solution and add new features to our platform, you will ensure that our clients adopt the product in their daily work and are willing to keep growing with us.

Converting prospects to clients: We take great pride in our in-depth onboarding process, which starts during our two-week free trial. You and the team will make sure to provide constant value during onboarding and after.

Improve overall commercial efforts: As part of our revenue team, you will work closely together with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a perfect customer experience throughout the entire funnel.

Make sure the voice of the customer is heard: We value our existing, loyal customer base. They need to be represented. You as part of the customer success team are the one who speak to them daily and thus giving most valuable insights to the sales, product and strategy team.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, in a similar (customer facing) role such as Customer Success, Sales, Account Management or (Tech) Support. Ideally within the high-energy, fast-moving world of start-ups or scale-ups.
- Fluent in English & Dutch with bonus points if you can charm customers in German or any other EU language.
- Able to work from the office in Utrecht at least 3 days per week.
