- Management and monitoring of the global customer onboarding process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention rates
- Collaborate with regional team leaders to ensure standardized onboarding procedures
- Analyze onboarding data and metrics for continuous improvement
Your profile
- Experience in customer service or onboarding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convey technical information in an understandable way
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
- Excellent language skills (spoken and written) in Dutch and English
