You will play a pivotal role in our sales operations, focusing on delivering exceptional solutions that meet our customers' needs and contribute to their success.</p><p></p><h2>How will you make an impact:</h2><p></p><ul><li>The Customer Success Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive connections with clients, ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies.</li><li>You will work collaboratively with internal teams to identify areas for growth and successfully implement initiatives that improve customer experience.</li><li>You will be responsible for understanding and addressing our clients' short, mid, and long-term goals, ensuring a smooth experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific.</li></ul><p></p><h2>What will you do:</h2><p></p><ul><li>Manage the EMEA customer base MSD VDS software sales strategy for the maintenance renewal business and develop new business by working closely directly with customers and distributors</li><li>Develop and complete sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the EMEA</li><li>Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service and happiness.</li><li>Regularly meet and update collaborators and customers about business activities.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on growing the breadth of our portfolio.</li><li>Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of training and consulting services.</li><li>Work closely with sales, technical support, and other departments to provide clients with needed resources and information.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:</h2><p></p><p>Essential</p><p></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in software sales</li><li>A degree or equivalent experience in business, sciences, or a relevant field.</li><li>A strong collaborator who can also work independently and remotely.</li><li>Outstanding communication and intercultural skills.</li><li><span>Proven track record of success in a sales role</span></li><li>Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail</li><li><span>Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools</span></li><li><span>Ability to lead and manage complex negotiations</span></li><li><span>Excellent business planning and organisational skills, proactive nature</span></li><li><span>Willing to travel throughout the UK and internationally (up to 25%).</span></li><li><span>Desire to meet and exceed sales targets in a complex and very competitive environment.</span></li><li><span>Adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high-velocity sales organisation</span></li></ul><p></p><h2>Preferred</h2><p></p><ul><li>Proficient in English.</li><li>Ability to communicate confidently and concisely in various formats to diverse audiences.</li><li>Experience in selling software or services to Life and material science markets</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing high-value accounts and leading customer relationships</li></ul>
