The Customer Success Manager will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing subscribers, providing training and guidance, promptly actioning customer requests, and advising on platform advancements. Your knack for identifying opportunities to expand their user base will be invaluable to their exponential growth.
You will also play a crucial role in client retention, notifying customers of their upcoming renewals and efficiently managing the subscription renewal process.
