<p><strong>Role Description:</strong></p><p></p><p>GigRadar.io (Upwork Lead Generation platform) is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a CSM, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and helping our customers optimize their Upwork lead generation process using our platform.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p>1. Onboard new clients and provide them with all necessary guidance.</p><p>2. Track client progress, achievements, and key milestones, offering proactive support.</p><p>3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.</p><p>4. Collaborate with various departments to resolve client inquiries.</p><p>5. Manage client plans, billing issues, and related matters.</p><p>6. Handle cancellation requests and work to retain as many clients as possible.</p><p>7. The working hours are from 12 or 1 PM Kyiv time, ending at 9 or 10 PM, to cover US clients.</p><p><br> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><p>1. Experience as a B2B Customer Success Manager, ideally in SaaS.</p><p>2. Strong knowledge of Upwork and lead generation on the platform.</p><p>3. Great communication skills to build trust and strong client relationships.</p><p>4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to spot client needs and growth opportunities.</p><p>5. Comfortable working independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>6. Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and Intercom.</p><p>7. Understanding of search queries (e.g., Boolean, ElasticSearch).</p><p>8.
