About the Role:
You are responsible for increasing the data & AI readiness at enterprise organisations with the power of DataCamp.    Your role is to understand data & AI readiness goals and challenges in 1) People and L&D 2) Data & AI 3) Business orgs and to help them discover how to best leverage our platform and achieve their data fluency goals. Success in this role is dependent on your ability to develop ways to provide guidance to learners and convey insights and ROI to data and L&D professionals.  You will need to call on a skill set both helps retain and grow our customers usage and outcomes and also applies a degree of understanding of the data & AI landscape, vendors, concepts, and strategic application

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for DataCamp’s most strategic, top-tier B2B clients
  • Build proactive success plans and goals with and for the customer to help them meet and exceed data & AI transformation and upskilling outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with counterparts in sales (AEs, Learning Solution Architects, Partnership program, services) to maintain and grow our relationships and adoption within your territory
  • Launch domestic and global learning initiatives to increase adoption and engagement for thousands of learners to help with upskilling programs
  • Capture and promote business value created from DataCamp use
  • Work with product and marketing to ensure the voice of our customer is being heard and influencing our product and content roadmap
  • Elevate conversations both up and across the org to evangelise DataCamp and drive meaningful adoption that grows business outcomes for a client
  • Demonstrate the value of DataCamp's various products and convey the value to ensure renewal, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Is passionate about customer service and building relationships by delivering on value

What You’ll Bring:

  • You MUST currently be located in either Spain or Portugal and speak fluent Spanish OR fluent Portuguese AND fluent English
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in relevant fields and domains, with a commitment to building a long-term career in the go-to-market space
  • Experience and proficiency in big data and advanced analytics technology/application and the current vendor landscape
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully building relationships, meeting GRR and NRR targets, and balancing priorities and playbooks in a portfolio of accounts volume of customer accounts
  • Bringing a “Teach to fish” not “give a fish” mentality to supporting our customers and helping them scale datacamp adoption and feature understanding
  • Creating and nurturing champions and value stories to underscore the impact of DataCamp across the enterprise
  • You are highly organized, and have experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce or other CRM 
  • Willingness to experiment with new Customer Success playbooks, workshops, or motions to get the client true value out of DataCamp and to build long-term stickiness of the product
