We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern in our Paris office. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

What you will be doing:

As a Customer Success Performance Intern, you will be a vital part of our global team, contributing to our mission to deliver excellence to our clients across 8 strategic markets. You will join our multicultural, dynamic & fast-paced environment of the Europe office based in Paris, and your responsibilities will include:

1) Optimizing CRM Systems:

  • Conducting health checks on new data entries and ensuring database accuracy,
  • Monitoring CRM usage across 8 global markets & international teams,
  • Managing FAQs to support teams worldwide,
  • Contribute to the deployment of new features of the system.

2) Enhancing Performance Analytics:

  • Supporting the continuous improvement of customer success KPI dashboards to drive insights and strategic decisions.

3) Collaborating on Training & Onboarding revamp:

  • Coordinating content creation with various departments to revamp current onboarding and training programs.

4) Supporting Client Management Operations:

  • Assisting Customer Success members with operational tasks to ensure exceptional client service delivery.

What you will bring along:

This role requires interest in CRM, data-driven decision making, retail/luxury industry, and you should have the below:

  • Fluency in English (oral & written).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency (data visualization, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Autonomy and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data automation is a plus.
