We're on the hunt for an outstanding Enterprise Customer Success Manager to champion Gresham’s top-tier clientele. As a key player in our team, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our enterprise clients, working closely with both leadership and client user bases. Your role will be central to maintaining strong client relationships while encouraging the expansion of client usage across Gresham’s comprehensive product suite.  

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Be a proactive, innovative self-starter, collaborating with our global tier 1 clients.  
  • Boost customer retention by conducting regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to align on objectives and outcomes.  
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate the most relevant features/functionality tailored to each client's business needs.  
  • Oversee all post-sales activities for top clients through relationship-building, product knowledge, and strategic execution.  
  • Ensure strategic plans with each customer for deployment, engagement, and growth are in place.  
  • Monitor accounts to identify churn risk and actively work to mitigate this.  
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and track product improvement requests and fixes.  
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback on how we can enhance service to our enterprise clients.
