Fire & Security Key Account Manager - Home Based with UK Coverage

Marlowe Fire & Security, a leader in the fire and security industry, is seeking a dedicated Fire & Security Key Account Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing key client accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities for business growth. Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact for all account-related matters.
  • Analyze client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives and enhance our service offering.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our services and solutions, exceeding client expectations.
  • Monitor account health and performance, providing reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support contract negotiations and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing accounts.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the Fire & Security sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Full UK driving license is required.

  • Basic Salary – £34-38,000 per annum
  • Commission / Bonus structure
