The Role
- Lead both the Customer Success and Customer Sales teams to align efforts in achieving customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth. Ensure that both teams are working cohesively toward common business objectives.
- Manage and lead the Customer Sales Executives to drive performance, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate renewals, implement price increases, and ensure alignment between customer success strategies and sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer success, identify expansion opportunities, and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Foster a culture of proactive engagement, advocacy, and continuous improvement within both Customer Success and Customer Sales teams.
- Monitor metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and drive operational excellence across the customer success function.
- Serve as a key point of contact across multiple departments to address customer success, expansion opportunities, and the development of clear pricing strategies.
- Champion customer advocacy within the organization, ensuring customer priorities and needs are reflected in strategic decision-making processes.

- Proven experience in a leadership role in customer success, customer sales, account management, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data, prioritize initiatives, and drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology industry preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
