<p>We are seeking a self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented professional to join our team as Junior Key Account Manager, responsible for coordinating and developing a regional cluster of existing and new markets.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Your key responsibilities as Junior Key Account Manager for Medical Genetic Testing will include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide support to the Regional Manager in supervision and coordination of GenePlanet’s business in several existing local markets</li>
<li>Coordinating and supporting Country Managers in setting up and developing GenePlanet’s local business</li>
<li>Organizing and managing administrative tasks</li>
<li>Communicating with clients and business partners</li>
<li>Communicating and coordinating activities with field sales teams.</li>
<li>Preparing reports, analyses, and other data to support business decision-making</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility</li>
<li>Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment</li>
<li>Previous experience in administration and sales</li>
<li>Proficiency in English and Serbian or Croatian is a <strong>MUST</strong></li>
