This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with B2B sales experience to manage our customer accounts in the region. While field sales experience in the Electronic Security industry is ideal, we are also eager to connect with candidates from Electrical Wholesale, Trade, and other related industries.
As an Area Account Manager, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Branch team to drive revenue from a portfolio of warm accounts.
- Partner with suppliers to achieve revenue growth and increase our share of wallet with customers.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience for all involved.

JOB DUTIES:

Maintain and Develop Business: Cultivate relationships with existing customers in your area.

Identify and Visit New Customers: Seek out and engage potential new customers to generate new business.

Customer Visits: Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships.

Sales Promotion Management: Plan and execute sales promotion campaigns.

Demand Generation: Drive demand for ADI Global Distribution products through installers and distributors.

Event Participation: Attend trade shows, seminars, and events to represent the company.

Sales Growth: Promote and increase sales by developing and managing relationships with key regional installation companies.

New Business Acquisition: Win new business from competitors by building relationships with their key customers and identifying new opportunities.

Customer and Branch Support: Provide support to customers and the branch network to achieve company objectives in sales, profit, margin improvement, and service quality.

Market Innovation Awareness: Stay informed about new market innovations through regular technical training and product seminars.

Engage in Sales Campaigns: Fully participate in all periodic sales campaigns and strategies.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience in a field sales role or equivalent.
- Strong background in a B2B sales environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
- A valid driving license.

- Knowledge of the security industry (a plus, but not required).
- Ability to influence customers while maintaining strong relationships.
