The Animal Lighting Benelux Key Account Manager is a key role focusing on driving partnership with the leading animal production companies, Original Equipment Manufacturers, partner network and farmers in the Benelux region. Additionally, industry partnerships, strategic relationship management of allied organizations and industry education is a critical function of this role.</p><p></p><p><b>What you</b><b>’</b><b>ll do</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Drive partnerships with the leading animal production companies, Original Equipment Manufacturers, partner network, and farmers in the Benelux region.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain existing accounts globally, including our solution partners</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand and read the needs/issues of the customer and connect them with the right people in the team to support/solve them</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be responsible for developing and executing a Strategic Account Management vision/plan to enable profitable growth of Signify</span><span> </span><span>in the</span><span> </span><span>animal</span><span> </span><span>lighting business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bring in the product wishes/-needs from the customer towards the product manager so that new products and features can be worked out</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support in making business/strategic plans together with the Sales Management based</span><span> </span><span>on</span><span> </span><span>customer feedback and on your own</span><span> </span><span>experience/learnings.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>More about you</b></p><p>The ideal candidate to join our team brings knowledge of the industry, particularly poultry, established relationships and experience. The candidate enjoys operating in a fast paced, agile organization and is empowered to make decisions to drive the Benelux region forward in alignment with regional and global strategy.
