Join us in shaping the future of personal health!</p><p></p><p><b>Position Overview:</b><br />We are seeking a results-driven <b>Key Account Manager</b> to join our dynamic commercial team at Philips Personal Health CZ&SK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key retail accounts. Your efforts will directly impact our mission to drive operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and sales.</p></li><li><p>Analyze the customer assortment based on market data, understanding consumer & customer trends</p></li><li><p>Drive listing of new products</p></li><li><p>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, and finance) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Philips Field Sales team to ensure proper execution at store level</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present regular account performance reports and product forecasts.</p></li><li><p>Drive the implementation of long-term strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>University-level education</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a similar role within</p></li><li><p>Previous experience with FMCG or Drug channel appreciated</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional presentation, communication and relationship-building abilities.</p></li><li><p>Results-oriented mindset</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English</p></li><li><p>Czech/Slovak native language is required</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.<br />Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.<br />Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.<br /><br /><b>About Philips</b><br />We are a health technology company.
