<li>You cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring these partnerships are both productive and enduring.</li>
<li>You identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within key accounts, fueling revenue growth.</li>
<li>You ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and resolving issues, consistently exceeding expectations.</li>
<li>For each key client, you develop and execute customized account plans that align with their goals and deliver maximum value.</li>
<li>You consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving success with clear, measurable results.</li>
<li>You partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align strategies and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>You stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities across the Rail EMEA region, providing clients with valuable insights.</li>
<li>You navigate contract negotiations to secure win-win agreements, maximizing benefit for both the company and the client.</li>
<li>You regularly track account performance using defined metrics, identifying and seizing opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>As the client's voice within our organization, you ensure that their needs and feedback are heard and acted upon.</li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>A university degree, preferably a Master’s, with a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement.</li>
<li>Over five years of relevant sales experience, ideally with a strong track record in the rail or a related industry.</li>
<li>A strong technical understanding and passion for complex technology solutions.</li>
<li>Proven success as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the rail sector, with deep knowledge of industry regulations.</li>
<li>A true passion for sales and a drive to close deals, combining strategic insight with execution focus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in developing long-term strategic plans that align with both client and company objectives.</li>
<li>Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and confidence among key clients.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills to craft agreements that benefit both the client and the company.</li>
<li>An ability to manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery of client requirements.</li>
<li>High proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent self-organization, motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a readiness to travel as needed.</li>
