POSITION: Strategic Client Onboarding Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Client Onboarding

LOCATION: Valencia

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating, organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to client onboarding processes, procedures and policies
  • Assist with creation of process charts and email templates for Client Onboarding
  • Create and maintain the content Library for RFP responses for client Onboarding and KYC 
  • Review and customize RFP responses from the proposal content library
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) including onboarding managers, business development, Legal, integration teams to articulate complex facets of products and services.
  • Ensure all aspects of the RFPs are completed on time and meet the necessary requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior management on the progress   
  • Support the broader onboarding team as required.
  • Report to the Regional Head of Client Onboarding.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Individual with a degree in Business or related field;
  • Knowledge of funds industry and funds life cycle is an advantage.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work semi-supervised supporting a fast-paced dynamic business.
  • Possess team spirit and enthusiasm with the capacity to build strong relationships.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage.
