Client Life Cycle Management is responsible for account opening and KYC (regular) review. Main responsibilities include:
Advise Front-Office and Client in the account opening and KYC review process including client and bank documents and KYC
Control account opening and KYC review performed by Front-Office (account opening and KYC review first line of defense)
Ensuring streamlined account opening and KYC review in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
Liaising with other areas of the bank in particular Front-Office and Anti-Money Laundering functions of the Bank
Responsibilities:
Support the Front Office on the new client adoption and account maintenance activities.
Participate in the continuous assessment and recommend actions to improve the client onboarding process.
Track account opening and maintenance process and proactively follow-up across Front Office teams on progress and propose assistance in resolution of related issues.
Produce regular reporting on account opening process, define and track improvement actions.
Participate in the periodic projects with the objective to share the expertise and contribute to the new process efficiency.
Skills:
Good knowledge of KYC standards, client documentation and regulations in Swiss banking.
Good problem-solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy.
At least 5 years of Financial Services experience in similar role including new client adoption, KYC review and account maintenance.
Working knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
Excellent level of English, and Russian or Turkish or Arabic is considered a plus.
