As a Customer Success Manager at CoachHub you will play a key role as brand ambassador. You will be responsible to retain, delight and grow a portfolio of clients by relentlessly showing the value of our solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Owning the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption alongside your sales representative.
Building and developing long-term customer relationships through strategic planning and trustworthy cooperation.
Developing retention and licence activation strategies thanks to a good understanding of customers goals and stakes, and delivering against them.
Consulting on our digital coaching solution and how it fits into a long-term L&D eco-system, leadership development and/or transformation business initiatives;
Nurturing and promoting organisational growth through strong product adoption and education.
Relational Management, being the internal customer ambassador to lobby product feedback, needs and escalations.
Performing Strategic Business Reviews to ensure our customers are adopting, using and perceiving value from our solution.
Your Profile:
4+ years relevant experience in a client facing role, handling a key account portfolio superior to €700K with clients of minimum €250K ARR.
Strong problem solving skills where you enjoy supporting customers through their journey of adopting new products.
Experience of working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
You can establish credibility, present, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
You know how to leverage data for meaningful decision making and have strong business acumen.
Growth mindset constantly willing to develop new skills.
Mentoring skills, helping more junior CS team mates succeed and grow.
You are familiar with HR, Learning & Development or Coaching industries.
Comfortable working in an autonomous environment where you have the freedom to manage your time and priorities.
Fluency or Native French and professional level of English.
