Digital Key Account Manager (based in London, UK)

Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Key Account Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the Jeanswear digital future with the important cluster of Fashion Forward accounts. You will own key relationships with digital retail partners, negotiate terms, curate assortments and drive sell-in and sell-out. You will partner closely with internal teams in Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Marketing and Product to deliver a best-in-class Go-To-Market process. You predominantly are in charge to hit sales targets on your accounts, but you equally will partner with Finance and Pricing to hit profit targets.

You will be our contact person for your accounts. You will be planning and running our key account meetings with your customers incl. planning terms, planning product assortments, and presenting collections as well as conducting product and sales trainings. You will collect data from your customers and forecast demand in partnership with Planning to ensure best-in-class availability and stock levels. You will communicate customer feedback to internal Merchandising team to build customer right assortments in the future. Where applicable, you will work closely with our Direct-to-Consumer Marketplace team to ensure the best presentation of our brands with the respective digital partners across channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver results: Deliver against your Sales targets for growth and profit. Be accountable for your results. Go after opportunities and identify actions to hit your targets.

Manage customer relationship: Develop and strengthen our collaborative relationships with our digital partners and manage the correspondence and meetings. Organize and conduct line and sample presentations. Attend launch meetings as well as internal sales meetings. Understand and have interest for fashion trends, consumer segments, industry trends and the products you sell. Be the voice of our brands to your customers. Understand and implement Kontoor’s strategic priorities and inform your customers of Kontoor’s strategic orientation.

Internal coordination and collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration between required internal functions like Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Marketing and Merchandising to deliver against your plans and deliver operational excellence to your customers. Run monthly cross functional meetings on your accounts.

Understand your business and numbers: Analyze your customers, competitors, and market trends. Monitor and create sales analyses & sell out KPIs (sales, stock, stock turns, range of coverage, reductions, etc.) and make suggestions for improvements.

Take in customer feedback on products, share and coordinate requirements

with internal stakeholders.

Excel in Go-to-Market: Ensure best-in-class Go-to-market process starting from forecasting, over budgeting,

sell-in, delivering-on-time, supporting collection launch cross-functionally, Partner closely with Marketing to support successful Go-to-Market for new collections.

Lead projects in digital sales partnering with other departments

Define strategic direction for your customers, build joint business plans and perform regular business reviews.

Influence your customers in alignment with Kontoor’s priorities and goals.

TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Min 5 years’ experience in similar roles.

Leading sales/key account management across several digital

accounts.

Proven success and experience of working with large complex digital strategic accounts.

Business fluent in English.

Strong MS Office skills, particularly with Excel and Powerpoint

Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels.

Analytical skills, financial acumen, passion to deep dive and find root causes.
