We are growing, and now we are looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager. The role involves exercising customer follow-up to our world-class partners, and working with a portfolio that includes both larger national restaurant chains and independent restaurants - as Enterprise Account Manager you will be tasked with developing these customers to their full potential.
We’re looking for someone who has a true passion for building strong relationships and improving key performance metrics to create results for Wolt, the restaurants and ultimately the customers. Your focus will be on making sure your partners thrive on our platform by spotting growth opportunities while providing the tools and support they need to grow. For that, you need to deliver exceptional service and be able to adapt your tone to suit both the owner and operating side.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and foster partner relationships with your portfolio of key restaurant accounts.
Conduct quarterly Business Reviews with partners to review performance and develop forward-looking strategies.
Determine the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impacting the business, and work to co-create solutions.
Strategically introduce and execute on new Wolt product opportunities and adoption to broaden partnerships and increase partner revenue streams.
Drive revenue growth of Wolt and restaurant partners in your portfolio by improving venue performance operationally and commercially through a data-based approach.
Drive forward operational improvements with your partners to ensure that we are delivering the best experience for Wolt customers.
Renegotiate terms and conditions with restaurant partners.
Key communicator between our regional and global operations, support, marketing, and restaurant partners.
Relevant Experience: Proven success in Key Account Management and/or Business Development, with a strong commercial mindset driving growth and profitability.
Strategic Mindset & Business Acumen: Expert in building and presenting data-driven business cases, with a focus on sustainable growth strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Norwegian restaurant/ hospitality/ FMCG landscape, with experience in e-commerce or platform channels.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing relationships at all organizational levels, ensuring alignment and driving collaboration across internal and external partners.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Highly analytical, using data to make sound business decisions. Experienced in translating insights into actionable strategies with advanced tools like Looker or PowerBI.
Structured Communication & Storytelling: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly, from concept to polished presentations, using data visualization to support decision-making.
Negotiation & Partnership Development: Skilled in negotiating favorable terms while building strong, lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
Initiative and Ownership: Candidates must show a high degree of initiative and the ability to operate autonomously, pushing projects beyond the initial scope without prompt.
Languages Proficiency: English & Norwegian Fluency.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of analytical dashboards - for example, Looker or Power BI, preferred.
