Implementation Specialist
This role is primarily responsible for delivery of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Compliance (OITC) implementation projects through the complete project life cycle
About The Role
Working with clients’ Tax and IT teams to understand their requirements and business processes Implementing the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Compliance (“OITC”) software for clients – analyzing requirements, designing and documenting the solution, configuring the software to meet client’s needs, testing, supporting the client during rollout, etc.
Input onto project management activities including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
Resolving customer support issues referred from the helpdesk
Engaging with other key teams within the business (e.g. the product, sales and support teams) and partner organisations.
Assisting with presales activities – e.g. software demonstrations, scoping new prospects, etc.
Engages with other key teams such as Product Management & Engineering within Thomson Reuters as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions.
Customizes and configures applications to agreed specifications.
Designs, develops, and documents project deliverables per project timelines and budgets agreed with customers.
About You
Should have worked on ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Compliance (OITC) or any relevant software exp. for minimum three years.
Minimum relevant experience of three to five years.
Should understand AP/AR lifecycle.
Should be well versed and have worked SAF-T and other VAT/GST compliance regulations in EU/APAC region.
Delivering End user and super user training.
