Key Account Manager
As Key Account Manager, you will be directly responsible to develop and implement growth opportunities in the existing and new portfolio of our Key Accounts through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations and they are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement the sales strategy for the designated customers
· Build the sales pipeline to meet the targets as specified
· Maintain and develop fruitful relationships with our key customers; provide guidance
· Proactively interact with key client accounts to identify and cover customer needs
· Maintains knowledge of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business.
· Ensure high level of customer satisfaction with Edenred solutions
· Analyze and present KA efficiency results
· Ensure accurate and updated information on key customer accounts in our CRM system
· Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Requirements
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
· 3-5 years of experience in Account Management
· Experience in B2B Account Management is considered as an asset
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
· Commercial mindset with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Results – oriented
· Strong analytical skills - Familiar with Sales Performance Metrics
· Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software is a plus
· Team player - Doer Attitude
· Fluent in Greek and English
