Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding our client needs and objectives, and proactively address them to resolve concerns and issues promptly.
Participate in the development of sales strategies and execute them for the assigned customer portfolio.
Monitor the market to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Provide analysis and evaluation of market data and internal KPIs.
Analyze and manage customer profitability and assess partnership.
Design, implement and monitor the annual promo plan.
Analyze and manage annual agreements, budget, assortment, and distribution.
Strong forecasting skills and strong internal communication level
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
At least 2/ 3 years of experience in FMCG or as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
Pro-active and hands-on mentality
Strong planning, organization, presentation and execution skills
Excellent data analysis skills & knowledge of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, BI tools, Internet Explorer, Mobile Apps).
Good speaking knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language.
Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively within the Sales Team, but also towards other departments
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
