As our Sales/KAM Team Lead for France, you’ll take the lead in deploying a brand-new partnership offering, creating fresh business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. 🎯 Your missions:
Secure vehicle volumes and drive partnerships
Build and manage a pipeline of partners, ensuring targeted vehicle volumes based on a detailed geographic strategy.
Master our economics and those of partners to establish win-win agreements.
Run pilot tests with potential partners, create delivery calendars, and transition partners smoothly to our Partner Success team.
Key Account Management (KAM)
Monitor and analyse partner economics, ensuring alignment with their goals and business plans.
Define and implement corrective actions to optimise performance, in collaboration with Partner Success and Finance teams.
Be a trusted advisor to partners, supporting long-term revenue growth.
Lead and empower the sales team
Develop and refine sales methodologies and tools for France, Iberia, and GB teams.
Manage, mentor, and engage a team of 2-3 sales professionals to achieve excellence.
Foster a high-performing culture focused on results and development.
Shape the business plan and growth strategy
Collaborate with planners and leadership to define long-term growth ambitions.
Advocate for partner economics and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Contribute to strategic planning to position Virtuo as a leader in the ecosystem.
