DEINE ROLLE

  • Dein Markt, deine Region: Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Key Accounts im Drogeriebereich, LEH, Discount und Stationery Business. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf den Drogerie- und Tierbedarfsmärkten in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
  • Nachhaltiges Wachstum: Entwickle Strategien, um langfristige Umsatz- und Gewinnsteigerungen durch Listungen und Promotions zu erzielen. Setze eigenständig eine Joint Business Planung um und erhöhe den Marktanteil von Fiskars in der D/A/CH-Region.
  • Verantwortung und Planung: Führe jährliche Konditionsverhandlungen und verantwortliche die Budgetplanung sowie reibungslose Umsetzung aller Account-Aktivitäten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit internationalen Teams aus Marketing, Business und Offering, Finance, Sales, Operations und Logistics zusammen, um die Markenpositionierung und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden zu fördern.
  • Strategische Abstimmung: Täglicher Austausch mit dem Team Mass Market und dem Head of Mass Market zur optimalen Steuerung des Kundenportfolios.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Berufserfahrung: Mehr als 7 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im FMCG-Bereich, insbesondere im Key Account Management für den food/mass market Bereich.
  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Matrix-Erfahrung: Vertraut mit Matrix-Organisationen und internationaler Zusammenarbeit.
  • Skills: Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP ERP/BW, PriceFx und Tableau.
  • Mindset: Unternehmerisches Denken und die Bereitschaft, den Status quo zu hinterfragen und kontinuierlich nach Verbesserungen zu streben.
