As a Key Account Manager you will deliver revenue targets in assigned customers by focusing on the sales drivers as well as building strong partnership with customers and distributor with the ultimate goal of growing MDLZ business. Intensively contribute in delivering market revenue targets.
Key Account Manager at Mondelez:
- Develops and implements assigned customers annual account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Actively support line manager in preparing and implementing market plans to achieve market revenue targets.
- Negotiates contracts with assigned customers in line of company brand support strategies and within the frame of allocated budget.
- Executes annual activities calendar and promotions with assigned customers and provides feedback to direct supervisor.
- Provides revenue and sales volume forecasts for assigned customers.
- Monitors and analyzes budget spending on the regular basis, initiates corrective actions if needed.
- Performs the other line manager’s tasks and assignments within the scope of responsibilities.
- Knows the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raises questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; applies integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
What you will bring
- Higher education in the fields of Business Administration/ Management/ Commerce
- Understanding of internal and external business environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG business
- Experience in Key Accounts’ management and negotiations
- Fluency in Latvian and English
- Computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Driving license (B category)
