About the role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to manage and expand our relationships with key clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success, we’d love to hear from you. The location of the position will be either Bielefeld or Hamburg.


Your profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the SaaS or logistics industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving client issues
  • Exceptional communication in German and English
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools, invoicing, and budget planning
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with technical integrations, interfaces, and customer-oriented software solutions is a plus
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Your mission

  • Manage client relationships, resolve requests, and handle escalations efficiently
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, verify invoices, and prepare client reports
  • Develop tailored solutions, negotiate pricing, and drive upselling opportunities
  • Lead client-specific projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational success
  • Plan for peak seasons and collaborate on budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support process improvements
