What will you do?

• Implementar la estrategia de distribución definida para la empresa en las cuentas de su responsabilidad. • Maximizar y optimizar el negocio con las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad. • Acciones operativas de apoyo técnico al equipo comercial y al departamento con estas cuentas. • Consecución de objetivos de venta y objetivos estratégicos. • Planificación de reuniones periódicas con sus cuentas. • Presentación y adaptación del producto y soluciones para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes, con el apoyo de los departamentos de marketing, operaciones y producto. • Identificación, prospección y desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio. • Principal interlocutor/a con las cuentas. • Análisis de ventas y de los principales indicadores. Crecimiento de ventas, cuota de la plataforma, tasa de cancelación, tasa de conversión, visitas, mercados, ? • Formación y soporte a departamentos de producto, Operaciones, departamentos comerciales con actividades online, que no pertenecen a la dirección de eCommerce y Hoteles sobre el modelo de negocio & funcionamiento de las cuentas. • Dominio de los mercados y la competencia. Propuesta de innovaciones/ soluciones para aumentar el negocio. • Soporte en la definición y cumplimiento de la estrategia de distribución. • Priorización del calendario de alta de nuevos Hoteles y selección de las cuentas a conectar en consenso con la DR & dirección de los Hoteles. Supervisión y organización del proceso de alta con las cuentas, CM de los Hoteles & departamento de Operaciones.

What are we looking for?

• Formación superior en el ámbito de Finanzas, Comercio, Ventas o Marketing. • Inglés: competencia profesional completa (nivel C1 o superior). • Valorable conocimiento de herramienta para la gestión operativa de proyectos & seguimiento de incidencias & tareas (JIRA o similar). • Orientación a objetivos y perfil habituado a la negociación comercial.
