About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the Municipal Wastewater market. This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role, covering Southern England. The ideal candidate will be based in the South.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the municipal wastewater industry, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening Solenis' presence in the region. You will leverage your expertise to build relationships, deliver results, and support our sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies and growth plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives in your designated area.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, and Applications, to meet customer and market demands.
Maintain an accurate and prioritized sales pipeline to maximize revenue potential.
Proactively manage account profitability, seeking out new sales opportunities and optimizing existing relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction by retaining existing business and driving growth through new client acquisition.
Partner with customers to address sustainability goals, including reducing carbon emissions and water consumption.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in account management, ideally supported by a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related scientific field.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial approach, with a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Experience in the water treatment industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
Willingness to travel frequently as part of this field-based role. A valid driver’s license is required.
