As an experienced Key Account Manager, you will develop the Hitachi Energy business with strategic customers in French-speaking Switzerland for the entire Hitachi Energy portfolio and achieve sustainable growth targets. Your technical know-how in the field of electrical engineering as well as your communication and negotiation skills will be put to good use in direct customer support. How you will make an impact
Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with customers and Key Accounts in French-speaking Switzerland in order to achieve agreed budget and growth targets.
In-depth customer advice and support: investments, sales negotiations, bid strategies, acquisition, prospecting, etc.
Responsible for Hitachi Energy's order pipeline, order intake and portfolio mix.
Customer representation within the company, including problem and conflict management, as well as professional lift management.
Implement portfolio growth and innovation initiatives within the customer base through appropriate sales and marketing measures.
Ensure that the global portfolio is appropriately developed in the local market
Active customer sales, coordination and support of sales specialists.
Your background
At least 10 years' professional experience in key account management, sales, marketing, product management or similar fields.
Successful completion of studies with a specialization in electrical engineering or comparable skills
In-depth knowledge of electrical power transmission and distribution networks.
Sales personality at senior level, sovereign attitude at all customer levels, from technical teams to top management.
Fluent in spoken and written French and English, very good knowledge of German.
