We invite you to join our Key Account team in Europe as an individual contributor responsible for expanding and maintaining customer relationships. Every day will be different and unique. You will get to travel, work with progressive software, interact with local/international stakeholders, but most importantly liaise with strategic customers.


You can be located in any of the countries where we have offices across Europe and for which you have a work permit. This is a full-time job in a hybrid working environment.

Your key contributions:
  • Coordinate and lead business development activities: identify Key Account targets, lead business negotiations, support and challenge the performance of the sales force within your region
  • Establish contacts to Key Accounts and build the network: develop and manage routes in defined markets and trade lanes
  • Support cross sales activities in the regions: cooperate closely with the Country Key Account Managers
  • Maintain and coordinate relationships with other departments in the company  
  • Regularly review processes and the business development platform and where necessary add improvements


Skills and experience we value:
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in freight forwarding/ logistics Industry
  • Proven record of own business development with multinationals
  • Proficient in English: convincing presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client's needs, to empathize with clients and present their requirements effectively to the project team and to the management
  • Team player, customer-focused with good negotiating skills

Minimum salary starting from € 60.000 annually + bonus agreement*

*The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience, as well as the location of the job and it will be discussed in the interviews.
