As a Working Student in our Key Account Management (KAM) team at AGICAP, you will contribute to the success and growth of our customer relationships. You will play a key role in supporting the team by ensuring the smooth flow of client data and insights, helping us maintain strong connections with our clients. Your involvement will enable the KAM team to operate efficiently and scale effectively as we continue to grow.


You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various stakeholders and contribute to enhancing team processes, workflows, and overall client engagement. As part of a dynamic team, you will gain hands-on experience in account management while developing a deep understanding of how our solutions impact our clients’ success.

What you will do :
  • Contribute to improving team workflows and processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions, making day-to-day operations run more smoothly.
  • Assist with generating reports on client health and engagement, providing the KAM team with insights that help them focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Take ownership of maintaining and improving the accuracy of client data in our CRM. Lead a key project to ensure up-to-date, clean client profiles, helping the team scale effectively.
  • Support with client inquiries, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.


What you need to succeed :
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear goals spur you on - you are action-oriented and analytical in your approach.
  • The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude.
  • Strong Plus: Good understanding of Corporate Finance. Previous exposure to Finance/Treasury departments.
  • You have demonstrated your structured approach in past projects (academic or professional)
  • You speak German at C2+ level and are also business fluent in English.
