Your Impact


In our mission to keep the Open Web Open, we are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in Project Agora’s mission to drive revenue growth for local publishers by onboarding new clients and managing an existing portfolio of SMB (Small to Medium Business) clients. As an Implementation Specialist, you will ensure successful onboarding and provide ongoing support to drive value for clients.

Working from our Patras Tech Hub, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Publisher Growth, and Development, to ensure smooth product integration and optimal client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  •  Lead the onboarding of Project Agora’s products for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration process.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during and post-onboarding, addressing product-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  •  Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for onboarding and implementation needs.
  •  Manage a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts, assisting clients with achieving their traffic and revenue goals and ensuring retention through optimized service.
  •  Work closely with Product, Growth, and Development teams to ensure client needs are met, advocate for customer solutions, and identify areas for improvement in processes and service delivery.
  •  Monitor the health of our inventory to identify issues affecting revenue early and take actions to maximize revenue for our clients.
  •  Help enhance internal onboarding and implementation processes by identifying challenges and suggesting improvements to simplify workflows and boost team efficiency.


We’re Looking for Someone Who


  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, etc.).
  • Is proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and has a good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Has experience in customer service or support, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Has a growth-oriented mindset, understanding clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions and features to support their objectives.
  • Shows exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate and thorough work.
  • Possesses strong relationship-building skills and can comfortably support and advise clients from onboarding through long-term partnership stages.
  • Is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in digital advertising is preferred but not essential.
