What You'll Do:

Part of the Product organization, the Senior Solutions Architect will be the voice of the Product team in both internal and external settings. You will be responsible with providing expertise & guidance to both our retail partners and commercial team to draw the most value from our platform technology. The role will require constant communication & collaboration with our Product, Business, Operations and Marketing teams. Your ability to understand our environment from a business and product point of view will be seen as an important asset when working on our strategic initiatives & partnerships. 

What you’ll do 

  • Work directly with EMEA commercial leadership to best match client needs with our product strategy 
  • Work directly with top Americas retailers both existing and new business to drive their product strategy 
  • Be the voice of the EMEA market in internal roadmap discussions 
  • Participate in top retailer pitches and demonstrations to be the voice of Product 
  • Participate in partnership implementation and drive these projects towards success 
  • ·Act as a local ‘evangelization beacon’ to spread our positioning message and best practices 

Who You Are:

  • Strong communication skills. The success of the Senior Solutions Architect will greatly depend on the ability to learn from Criteo’s product and R&D teams and share knowledge with clients & local Americas teams 
  • Candidate needs to be autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business 
  • Experience in hybrid roles with commercial accountability  
  • Understanding of the retailer business & challenges  
  • Technical background in SaaS platforms, retailer integrations, AI or ML
