The newly established Supplier OnBoarding (SOB) team, consisting of Vendor Managed Services (VMS), Third Party Risk Management (3PRM), and Sanction Screening, is dedicated to providing essential services to AZ users across all regions. We are seeking a talented Vendor Managed Services (VMS) Analyst to join our global team.
Role Overview
As a Supplier Onboarding Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of supplier data creation in our systems, thereby enabling seamless and compliant purchasing and financial transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to business users, guiding them through the supplier onboarding and maintenance process in ServiceNow while proactively addressing any challenges they encounter. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams including Third Party Risk Management, Data Management Team, Finance Helpdesk, IT support, Procurement, Finance, and Purchase to Pay, among others.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer focus, an improvement mindset, eagerness to learn, a can-do attitude, and exceptional collaboration skills.
The role will primarily support AZ users in Europe within a global environment.
